We have two identical apartments in the same building, so the whole crew is together all week. Each one sleeps 10.

Rooming with someone? Each of you registers separately and names the other. Shared prices are for two people splitting a room. If you pick a shared room and end up without a roommate, you pay the "just you" price for that room.

Questions
Is airfare included?
No. Book your own flight into Panama City (PTY, Tocumen International) to arrive by March 5, 2027. Book early for the best fares.
Do I need a passport?
Yes. Make sure it's valid for at least six months after the trip, so through September 2027. U.S. citizens don't need a visa for a trip like this. If you need to renew, start now, because it can take weeks.
What money do they use in Panama?
U.S. dollars. No exchange needed.
How do I pay?
By Zelle or Cash App, so nobody pays card fees. Payment details are in your confirmation email. Put your full name in the memo so we can match it to you.
How do I pick my roommate?
You'll tell us during registration. Both of you register separately and name each other, and we'll put you together. Shared prices assume two people splitting the room, so if you pick shared and end up without a roommate, you pay the "just you" price.
What if I can't make it after I register?
Payments are non-refundable, but your spot is transferable. Reach out and we'll help you pass it to another guest.
Where do I ask questions or get updates?
